An exciting Digital Marketing Manager position has become available with the first super intelligent conversational accounting software startup. Responsibilities:
Work with product, engineering and operations teams to shape and articulate the brand strategy, leading execution of it through content, website, advertising and messaging tactics.
– Create buyer personas, and leading a high ROI marketing campaign that generates highly qualified sales leads
– Ideate and implement offline and online strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention and referral
– Align market opportunity, UVPs, positioning and go-to-market plans
– Produce Content Marketing materials
– Develop, analyze and interpret Marketing KPIs
– Recruit, build and manage your team to support growth and acquisition targets

Required Skills:
– A deep understanding of the Fintech industry.
– Proven performance in an entrepreneurial or startup environment
– At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS startups with at least 1 year of paid and organic search to drive revenue and traffic
– Experience building and optimizing the technical stack required for automation across the marketing function.
– Demonstrable experience in creating end-to-end sales enablement materials, including sales decks, case studies and thought leadership pieces to drive interest and improve seller effectiveness.
– A strong branding background, with a deep understanding of Marketing’s role in development, evolution and monetization of products & services.
– Proven experience in developing highly creative new marketing concepts and sales-focused strategies.
– The ability to design the collection of key data inputs, analyse them, and turn them into insight-driven decision making to deliver clear results and marketing optimization.
– Experience in all demand gen channels including SEM, SEO, email, lifecycle marketing and webinars.
– Familiarity with SQL, R or Python for data analysis
– A Bachelor’s Degree in a business or marketing related discipline.
