Job Description:
Express is looking for a Graphic Designer with taste, vision, and the graphic design chops to help us expand our visual design capabilities. As a member of a design team, we want someone who can ask questions, understand design goals as well as business needs, and can translate those into excellent visual presentations. Your primary contribution will be to help with all the visual elements and illustrations.

Responsibilities:
-Design engaging graphic communications for direct mail pieces, website and social media
-Collaborate with marketing and content team to translate their messaging concepts into graphic/visual marketing materials
-Think creatively and independently design concepts, graphics, and layouts
-Grow online social networks by acquiring new fan-base and increasing interactions via designs

Required Skills:
-3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
-Good understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory and design principles
-Proficient in Sketch, InVision, Zeplin and Adobe CS ( Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,…)
-Have a portfolio showcasing your work and strong design skills
-Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
– A Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design
