Social Media Manager

Job Description:
Express is looking for a social media manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role you will lead the creation, execution and planning of all social content including, but not limited to: Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook etc. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
– Produce engaging social media content across all platforms
– Design strong visuals for social media
– Manage social media content calendar
– Grow social media followers and leads
– Strategize, plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
– Take care of customer support, live chat and all user interactions
– Engage with bloggers, publishers, the mainstream media & entrepreneurs
– Collaborate with the content & marketing team to synchronize efforts.
– Measure performance and analyze social media campaigns

Required Skills:
– Hands on experience in social media and content management
– Excellent copywriting skills
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
– Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
– Knowledge of online marketing channels
– Familiarity with web design
– Excellent communication skills
– Analytical and multitasking skills
– A Bachelor’s Degree in in Marketing or relevant field
